DIY or Call Us?

There is one safe check a homeowner can make: open the door six inches, grip both sides of the moving panel, and lift. If you feel vertical play more than 1/8 inch, the rollers are worn. If the panel won’t lift at all, the track may be damaged or the rollers are seized. Either observation is useful information to relay when you call.
